Since it was founded in 1924 on the French Riviera, in the Saint-Tropez bay, the MANUFACTURE DES TAPIS DE COGOLIN has been ‘weaving’ an outstanding international reputation. The beautiful green-shuttered building, situated in the heart of the old village of Cogolin, still looks as it did when it was a silkworm nursery. The looms are original and for more than 80 years the weaving gesture has not changed. The process and its subsequent hand finishing guarantee the incomparable quality that justifies the « Cogolin » label.

In traditional or contemporary style, in colours ranging from ecru to vivid palettes, whether in a classic or modern design, each and every carpet coming out of our workshops is unique. It is truly made-to-order and made-to-measure to meet your exact size and colour requirements.

It should be noted that Cogolin carpets are made not only of wool but also of cotton, raffia, linen or silk. Using its incomparable experience the Manufacture is constantly developing new materials, patterns and combinations in order to create the latest carpets. Research and development has led to new markets in addition to homes and public spaces, namely yachts and private jets.
